The Government That Can't Remember

There are a lot of disputed things about the United States government...from plans of war to domestic policy. Most things seem more like a popularity contest too, than trying to be an upstanding, lawful, and generous nation. But one thing is clear. Everytime anyone from this administration is asked anything about their actions in office...they can't recall those situations or any details.
